KEC International wins orders of Rs.836 crore

Mumbai, March 31, 2016: KEC International Ltd. (KEC), a global infrastructure EPC major, an RPG Group Company has secured new orders of Rs.836 crore.

 

Transmission & Distribution Business:

The Company has secured orders in India and the Americas.


 

Domestic:

  • An order worth Rs.608 crore from Powergrid Southern Interconnector Transmission System Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of PGCIL) for construction of Transmission Line associated with “Beyond Vemagiri” Transmission System Project.
  • Orders worth Rs.129 crore from Power Grid Jabalpur Transmission Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of PGCIL) for construction of Transmission Lines associated with Vindhyachal – V project.

 

International:

  • Supply orders worth Rs.56 crore across the Americas.

Cables Business:

The Company has secured orders of Rs.43 crore for supply of Power Cables (incl. EHV) and Telecom Cables.
